Description:

T--high -efficiency glass fiber filter is a  water film dust desulfurization,flue gas desulfurization multifunctional clean environmentally friendly,products,is widely used in various boilers,industrial pit furnace,the desulphurization and dust removal,can reduce emissions and atmospheric pollutants comply with discharge limits.

principle: dust and sulfur dioxide in the flue gas,high-speed access to highly efficient desulfurization precipitator glass,while above the PH  value of the alkaline water 10 is  injected into  the cylinder body,the pumping force of the wind under the high-speed operation,the hot flue gas wet,pool ,including sulfur dioxide and alkaline chemical  reaction of water mist ,so that aggregation of dust ,moisture,specific gravity increased,cutting into the barrel to produce centrifugal force,will gather the dust separated from the flue gas,and then from the spray tube water rinse tank to the bottom of the tube after the Canon of the water bath,precipitated into the sedimentation tank,waste water by precipitation and then used acid recycling within the pump into the dust,no secondary pollution,and achieve the purpose of desulphurization and dust removal.
